For years have searched for a William Hutcherson (all spellings)born in Caroline later moved to Amelia. b.abt 1714 d.1796, m. unknown. Was in Militia. Son Charles b.1733 d. 1808 in Amelia m. Sarah Southall was my gggg grandfather
The line goes back to Wm. of 1608 but have no father connection for this Wm. ( Some people show him son of Charles b. about 1709 to John b.1684 and Mary Dudley but have not proved they had but the one son John b.1707.
