A Rob Wood great great grandson of Charles Littler Wood has posted a number of Wood family photographs on Virginia GENWEB. I think these may be my Wood family as they are both of the Berryville-Millwood area. Does anyone have any information on CLW? William Alexander Wood m. Elizabeth Kirk 6/2/1796, he was born 1766 and drowned in the Shenandoah River New Year's Day 1830 possibly buried at Titlhammer Mills and or Old Chapel. There is an Old Chapel cemetery book with contributions from James Alexander Wood their son which leads me to believe some of my Wood family are buried there.
