I can help you with the family of Charles William Durham. He was born Dec 1889 in Culpeper Co., Va, to Frances Ellen Bailey and William D. Durham. Frances and William were married 15 Mar 1876 in Culpeper Co. The CH could not find a marriage license for them. William D. Durham died 10 Feb 1908 of pneumonia in Winston and was buried near Raccoon Ford (according to his obituary in the Culpeper Exponent 14 Feb 1908, page 1, column 4). Frances died 5 May 1944 at the home of her daughter and son-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Georgie Anna and Henry Whitfield Hudson near Rixeyville (obituary in Culpeper Exponent 11 May 1944, page 3, column 4). Frances was born 19 Nov 1852 (or 1854) in Culpeper Co. to Robert F. Bailey and Mary Ellen Soutter.

Frances had 9 children by William D. Durham. The 1900 census for Madison Co. shows that only 5 are living:
Nellie b. May 1877; Walter b. Apr 1884; Richard b. Sep 1887; Charles William b. Dec 1889; Georgie Anna b. Mar 1893

Charles William Durham married Daisy Lee Hudson (daughter of Frank and Ella Hudson 7 Sep 1911 in Culpeper Co. Daisy apparently died before 1928 as he married Edna Baldwin (daughter of Marshall Baldwin and Mary Shotwell) on 13 Jun 1928 in Culpeper Co.

Frances Durham is buried in the Cedar Run Baptist Church Cemetery. Charles William Durham is buried in the Bethel Baptist Church cemetery along with his wife Edna Baldwin Durham. Charles' son, Charles Lee Durham, is also buried here with his wife Emma Baldwin Durham.
