Ida Sue was a School teacher and a writer,writing many articles and stories for the Farmville Herald paper, as well as for the Richmond papers, an antique store owner, a member of the historical society, a helper in every sense of the word. She spent countless hours on the history of Cumberland and was probably the most responsible in gathering the history, and the pictures of the book.
Yes I assume it is still in circulation, and you can probably buy one through the county or one of the clubs I memtioned.
