I am looking for any clue about a Thomas Foster who was born between 1797-1803. In 1840 he is in Nottoway Co, had children Frances, Mary B & William T. and Lucy 1850 in Dinwiddie Co his wife was Rebecca age 27 am assuming his 2nd wife and a daughter Lucy age 8 and 1860 Tazewell Co. has Thomas, Rebecca and Lucy
