I have good reason to believe that Annanias Payne, b. abt. 1739 and moved to Fairfax Co. abt. 1769, is from either St. Mary's Co. or Prince Georges Co., MD.
I have much information on Annanias while living in Fairfax, but almost nothing on his early life. I would be happy to share information.
