I assume you are looking for info other than census. I don't know what you have already nor did you specify what you needed, so here is what I found.

Wife: Maude Harmon.
Height 5'6" and weight 140 pounds
Brown eyes
Black Hair
Light Complexion.

The only Benjamin Harrison listed in 1900 in Franklin Co., VA is the son of James H. Harmon and Sallie Harmon

Sallie Jan 1871 28 had 5 children, 5 living VA VA VA

Based on the 1880 census and the Virginia Births and Christenings records, James was the son of John and Nancy Harmon. He was born 15 Jun 1868 in Franklin Co.

Marriage record for Benjamin and Maud G. Fisher, none found for Benjamin Harman and Maude Kingery.

20 November 1912 Franklin Co.

Groom's parents: J.H. Harman and Sallie Harman
Bride's parents: Owen and Ann Fisher.

I could not find a Maude Kingery nor a Maude Fisher that married a Kingery.
