Wanda,
Here are two WILLET/WILLETTs that were in Frederick County, VA which does place them in the area.

"Index To Burials in Frederick County, Virginia"
by Nancy Delaney-Painter & Susan L. McCabe

WILLET, Lucy E. died 22 May 1862 buried at the Old Stone Church Cemetery. (Rt 11 North out of Winchester, about 6 miles into White Hall, onto Green Spring Road.)

WILLETT, Bell B., c. 1847 to 5 August 1903 buried at the Locust Grove Cemetery. (Rt 11 South out of Winchester to Stephens City, onto Fairfax Pike (Rt 277), onto Grove St., onto Martin Street.)

Hope this helps,
Chocy
