I posted this plea in 2005 but no one responded, so I'm trying again.

The Frederick Co. will index books list a will for Joseph Carroll filed in 1762, but the will abstract book does not contain it. Evidently it was never probated.

I'm asking if someone would PLEASE look in the actual will books for his will and let me know who it names.

I'm wondering if he was the Joseph Carroll killed in the Muddy Creek massacre in 1763.
