Have a question for the great sages of Gloucester Co. Va.

Looking for the maiden name, parents and siblings of my great aunt Aurelia Rowe.
She was born about 1887/1888 in Gloucester . She married Gaither S. Rowe s/o Robert Dallas(Capt Bob) and Mildred Hogg ( d/o Thomas and Elizabeth(Betsy) Jenkins Hogg) Rowe.
I have some info that says she was a Belvin, BUT, Daddy says she was a Rowe.

Also, am looking for the parents and/or siblings of Robert Dallas Rowe b. 1848. Some info says his father was a Richard Rowe but can't find a Richard Rowe in Gloucester. The 1880 census says that his mother was Mildred F Rowe.
