I know it has been some time. Here is what I have - Bartlett seems to come from Ireland. The only Huguenot link I have found comes through Susannah Bly Mullins who married Bartholomew Guinn who is my link to Bartlett. Guinn side of the family dries up in Ireland I think.

This (my) side moved west into Tennessee and then Arkansas. Finally they migrated to California in the 30's - probably dust bowl related.
