James Edward Baker (1893-1963) is in the 1900 US Census with his father, James Harvey Baker (1958-1904), and his mother, Elizabeth "Bettie" L. Layne Ballard Baker (daughter of George Washington Layne).

According to Rootsweb, James H. should be in the 1860, 1870, and 1880 Census for Hanover. Yet, when I search under Heritage Quest On-line, I cannot find him. I am looking to find his parents. One reference said that James Harvey Baker was listed in the 1880 Hanover Census in Roll 1370 Book 1. Can anyone tell me how to find this resource? I have found an 1820 Census listing Harvey Baker and do not know if these people are related or not. All help would be appreciated!
