Looking for any information on Virginia N. Vail, wife of William Thomas Bailey, son of James Bailey and Sarah Emmerson Bailey, Virginia was born abt. 1842 it is supposed in Henrico Co., VA. She married William Thomas about 1864. It is supposed in that same county. Their children were as follows: William Jr., Lillie Porter, Margaret and Edward Porter. Edward was born in Richmond, VA, March 06, 1873, he moved to Philadelphia PA, where he lived with his Uncle John Minor Bailey his father's brother.
