Looking for any information on Virginia Mason Vail, the dau. of Thomas P. Vail and Vianna (surname unk). Virginia was b. April 23, 1847, in Washington, DC, m. William Thomas Bailey on March 01, 1866 in Richmond, Henrico Co., VA. and
d. March 23, 1879 at 1535 5th., St. N W, Washington, DC. She was buried on March 25, 1879 in Section 8, Lot 1, of The Shockoe Hill Cemetery, Located on 2nd. St. & Hospital St. in Richmond, Henrico Co., VA 23219. Virginia and Thomas had the following known children:

1. Edward Porter (aka EP or cousin Ed.) Bailey Sr., Edward was b. March 06, 1873 at 1412 Main St., in Richmond, Henrico Co., VA. He died January 04, 1960 at 1405 Unruh St., Phila., Phila. Co., PA. Ed. was buried January 07, 1960 at Lural Hill Cemetery, at 3822 Ridge Ave., Phila., PA 19132-188.
