His parents were Paul CRAMER and Elizabeth WHITAKER (Approx. 1897-1972) both also from Henrico Co. VA. Kenneth Joseph CRAMER served in the US Army and worked as a portrait painter. He was briefly married to Catherine JOHNSTON of So. Boston (Halifax, Co.) VA in the 1940's. The WHITAKER family is also somehow connected to a SHACKLEFORD family from VA and NC.
