Susan Allen Cussons married (1st) Benjamin Banbury (or Bunbary) Allen. He was quite wealthy and the area of Glen Allen was named for his family.

A friend of mine (in England) has been researching Benjamin and his family and I have included him in my searches. There are a number of Allens buried in Shockoe Cemetery in Richmond- are any of them your family?
