I'm hoping someone may know something about a William White, Labourer, who came to Jamestown in 1607. He was listed as an original survivor in 1612. I have found bits of information that states he came over from Ireland, and also went back to Ireland in 1619 to bring cattle back to Jamestown. I have also found information that states he lived amongst the natives and learned their ways.

The reason why I am so interested in this William White is that I believe he is an ancestor. According to information I have gained about family history we did have an ancestor who was a Labourer in the Jamestown settlement.

I would like to know if anyone may know if this William married and had children. Since he mingled with the natives, I am open to the idea that he may have taken a native bride.
