Does anyone have a list of surnames for Native American families living in King and Queen County during the 1700s to the first half of the 1800s?

My gr-gr-gr-grandmother Louis WARD (abt 1800 - bef 1850) was apparently of Native American descent. She had a sister, Nancy WARD who lived with Louisa and her family. The 1850 census says Nancy WARD was born in 1792 in King and Queen County, Virginia.
