James Taylor (1610-1698) of Carlisle, England and King & Queen Co., VA had a daughter by his second wife, Mary Bishop Gregory, Elizabeth, born 1684. Does anybody have her line traced? Who did she marry? I have evidence which suggests that she married John Penn, the one who owned 200 acres listed in the 1704 Quit Rent Rolls of King & Queen Co., VA and the same one who I believe died in 1741 in Caroline Co., VA with a will naming Elizabeth Penn (suspected wife) and Moses Penn (suspect son) as executors. I am trying to prove or disprove this theory.
