Henry P. Rasnic
KINGSTON: Henry P. Rasnic, 68, of Kingston, Ohio died 8:10 a.m. Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at his residence following an extended illness.
He was born February 20, 1944, in Lee County, VA, to the late Henry O. and Willie J. Plaster Rasnic.
On March 3, 1973, he married the former Patti A. Baughn, who survives.
Also surviving are children, Carol L. (Douglas) Chaffin, of Kingston, Ohio, John P. Hamilton, of Beaver and Sean Rasnic, of Kingston; 10 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; sisters, Vesta Ebright, Norma Jean Hillard, Wilma Ruth Dunlap, all of Xenia, Ohio and Brenda Gay Randolph, of Peebles, Ohio.
He was predeceased by brothers, Adron, Larry and Gary Rasnic; and sisters, Ida Mae Davidson and Martha Faye Sparrow.
Henry served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a retired Drywall finisher.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests, memorial contributions be made to the Ware Funeral Home, 121 W. 2nd St., Chillicothe, Ohio 45601.
A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 26, 2012 in Greenlawn Cemetery by the Ross County, Ohio Veterans Honor Guard.
There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are under the direction of the WARE FUNERAL HOME.
