From the Loudoun County Personal Property Tax Lists, it appears that Andrew was the son of Robert Ogden. The lists also indicate he had brothers William, Benjamin, and Andrew.

OGDEN, Benjamin, white male, d. 29 Nov 1853, Hillsboro, spinal affection, 62-0-0, parents: unknown, b. Loudoun, farmer, consort of Sarah Ogden, source: Levin Ogden, son
