Hi,

There is a William Henry Minor listed in listed in "Abstracts of Loudoun County Virginia Register of Free Negroes 1844-1861" by Patricia B. Duncan.

He is listed as freeborn, 18 years old in 1847. This could possibly be an ancestor.
