James B[urson?]. WILSON & Sarah C. TITUS

Looking for information regardin the family and descendants of James B[urson?]. WILSON (b. ca. 1800/1801 d. March 11, 1855) and his wife Sarah C. TITUS (b. ca. 1804-10 - d. ? (still living June 15, 1880)). Burial site(s) unknown. It is believed that James B. WILSONÂ’s parents may be Moses & Tamer (BURSON) WILSON. James B. WILSON and Sarah C. TITUS were married March 25, 1825 in Loudoun County, Virginia. Their children, all born in Virginia (probably in Loudoun County), have been discovered while researching the U.S. Census records of Loudoun County and are as follows:

Jno. A. (aka John) WILSON (b. ca. 1826/27 - d. ? (Lvg. 1880)) & wife Mary C. (b. ca. 1830/31 - d. ? (Lvg. 1880)); they were married ca. 1855/56. Burial site(s) unknown. They had three known children: Sarah A., James P., & John R.

Richard M. WILSON (b. ca. 1835/36 - d. ? (Lvg. 1880)) & wife Lucy E. (b. ca. 1844/45 - d. ? (Lvg. 1880)); they were married ca. 1874/75. Burial site(s) unknown. They had one known child, Richard E.

Frances (aka Fanny) WILSON (b. ca. 1837/38 - d. (Lvg. July 10, 1860)); she may be the same person as Sarah Frances (aka Fanny), wife of Stephen WILSON, son of Moses David WILSON & Maragaret Ann LLOYD. Burial site unknown.

Ann WILSON (b. ca. 1839/40 - d. ? (Lvg. Aug. 15, 1850); marriage unknown. Burial site unknown.

Martha WILSON (b. Feb. 5, 1842/43 - d. Jan. 20, 1916), wife of Moses David WILSON, Jr.; they were married in Loudoun County, but settled in the area of Smyth and
Washington Counties, Va. in 1889. Burial site(s) unknown. They had seven known children. Ida B., Robert L., Howard E, James Burson, Milton Moses, Grace L. & unknown child.

Virginia A. WILSON (b. ca. 1846-48 - d. 1905), wife of William W. YATES (b. ca. 1840-42 - d. 1899); they were married in Dec., 1869 and they had six know children, all born in Loudoun County, Virginia: Earl(e) YATES (b. March 9, 1871), Sarah M. (aka Sallie) YATES (b. May, 1873), Effa/Effie V[irginia?]. YATES (b. Sept. 30, 1875), William L. YATES (b. Sept. 9, 1877), Ola A. YATES (b. Jan., 1881), Carroll YATES (b. Oct. 25, 1885). Virginia A. WILSON & husband are buried in Sharon Cemetery, Middleburg, Loudoun
County, Virginia. All six children were still living as of June 16, 1900.
