I write genealogical references for Loudoun County.
Virginia did not require the registration of births or deaths until 1853. Finding a death notice for a women in the early 1800's is difficult.
The deed of Nov 1816 places the couple in Washington Co, Maryland. It does not appear Ambrose and Rachel were in Loudoun Co for very long.
