Thanks for answering my query. All I know is family tradition as told by my great aunt. She said about 1750 to 1800 a Walker man married a James woman from a prominent VA family. She believed the James woman's mother was a Nichols.
My g aunt died in 1996 over 90 y/o and said she had visited their offspring when she was a child.
