I don't know if the William HARRIS, Jr. you have listed is mine. I thought mine was born in 1750( you have 1748) and he was a soldier in the Rev. War at age 17. He married Bathsheba Barbee first and Jemima (Garner) Withers 2nd. He died in 1834 in Culpeper Co., Va. He lived in Fauquier and Loudoun Cos.as well as Culpeper Co. His children were Nancy spilman, Sanford, Truman, Cuthburt, Sally, and Burrell.
