Looking for info on a Philemon Noble who was added to the list of tithables on the motion of John Stanley and William Stanley. Taken by Charles Talbot. August 1754.

Would this have been Bedford or Lunenburg Co?

Does this mean he owned land and paid taxes/tithable to the Crown?
