I would really appreciate it if anyone could help on this.

Northampton Co. Court Records:

Thomas Powell gave a dseposition/affidavit in a case that I think concerned a runaway indentured servant of his in 1654 in which he mentions his son John Powell. I don't have the precise reference or date; this is all I could find given by a researcher back in 1914.

The LDS library does not have these records and I can't afford to hire a researcher in Eastville, the county seat.
