Strange.. the only thing I can find is a ssdi of one Theodore R. Gaffney bonr n 10/29/1915, died May 17 2002 in blackstone, Nottoway, Va
the ss card was issued in Maryland.

He is not showing up in 1920 nor 1930 census.

I found one other Theodore born 1944-1988 but not finding what state, or any other info.
do you have names? grandparents names? aunts/uncles? dates?
