Mike,

Most of my direct ancestors presumably came from around Winchester, VA around 1770's, but some of the information I have claims they came from the Pittsylvania area. Even though the information you have is some 90 years later, I am curious if any Dixon/Dixsons were enlisted in that if they were, that information might give some new leads to follow as to where they came from in the first place.
