Hi,

I just posted an old ad for a farm in Powhatan County, Virginia. Names mentioned include P. S. DANCE (in Midlothian, Chesterfield County, Virginia) and H. C. GRAVES (who could be found in the town of Powhatan Court House, Virginia). Since the Civil War was in progress, I suspect they faced a REALLY bad real estate market at the time!
