Very recently and after many years, I have been fortunate to have found the obituary of my Great Grandmother.

Although she lived with her son, William Reeves, in Port Republic - her sudden death occurred in the University Hospital at Charlottesville. To further complicate finding her final resting place, her body was sent to her place of birth in White Stone, Va. The obituary appeared in the Harrisonburg Daily News Record on the 7th and 9th of March 1953.

Helen is laid to rest - according to the obituary - at White Stone Baptist Church Cemetery. Her son, William Reeves, is buried in Port Republic. Decendants live in the area today.
