I am trying to see if anyone may have a picture of either of the above. My great grandmother Lucy was the daughter and granddaughter of the above. Does anyone know if America was Cherokee or some other tribe. Lucy was very dark skinned in the photo I have of her. I can only go back to Edward Lawson wife America. Does anyone know why she died in Indiana. Thanks in advance for any information.
