Trying to find where and the fee for a copy of a marriage license. They were married during WW2 in Norfolk, VA in or about 1944. He is Charles A. Wallace and she was Helen Y. Hamilton. Both lived in Liberty, Indiana but were married there. Would anyone be willing to send me the place to send and the amount it would cost. Thank You. Terry Crail
