Hi,
I reunite adopted kids with their biological families. I can tell you from many years exprience that Va. adoption records are closed and sealed. The only way of getting them unsealed to the adoptee is by petitioning the court & being able to show them that it is a life & death situation.
Is the Janet Elaine Eisinger a birth name ?
