Need Help - Adoption Record
I am currently helping a good friend with trying to find out who his bilogical grandmother was.
I am searching for the bilogical mother of JANET ELAINE EISINGER. She was born on March 3, 1938 at Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, Virginia. Her birth certificate shows that a Doctor Dritrick as delivering her.
Where and who would I contact in trying to find an adoption record. That is, if one exists.
