Whitehurst - Hodges late 1700s to late 1800s

Surnames: Whitehurst Hodges Sykes
I am looking for information on Leven Cornelius (or Cornelius Leven) Whitehurst (abt 1786-bef 1850). I think he married T(h)amer Hodges (abt 1799-?). I believe they lived in Pleasant Grove. Their child was Leven Cornelius, Jr. (abt 1825-1887) and I think he married Catherine Sykes (1829-1905). First, is this information correct? If so, does anyone know about any earlier ancestors? Thank you!
