I am seeking information on Matthew BUTCHER b)abt.1796 and his wife Nancy b)abt.1809. I found this couple in the 1850 census for Barbour Co., Virginia. I have reason to believe that their daughter, Hannah b)abt.1833 might possibly be my 2g-grandmother. My Hannah married James DIXON and they appear in the 1860 census for Monongalia Co., Virginia.
If anybody knows anything about this line of BUTCHER's, I would very much appreciate some help.
