HIRAM J. CHANDLER--Seventy-four years old, of 1637 Virginia avenue, who died Tuesday at his home, will be buried at Highland cemetery following funeral services at the Salvation Army Citadel, No. 2, this afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. Lester McClellan, pastor of the United Baptist Church, will officiate.
