I had forgoten about the war. Hard to believe since most of the land surrounding me was land given to the veterns. Also glad you mention the Native Americans as I failed to tie the activity up in the SE corner of Pennsylvania with western Virginia. It now appears that Massachusetts big money didn't start buying WV's forest lands until the band saw blade was invented and proven effective. Thanks! RCR
