I am looking for information about some mining accidents around some of the coal camps during the 1910-1915 time frame.I believe my great-grandfather (Sam Hicks) is buried in Jeanette Cemetery, of Route 60 in Lookout, Fayette Co., WV. Also here is my Great Grandmother (Maiden Name Cook), and a few of thier children. I was told he died from a broke back- 6 to 9 months after the accident. Not much other info to go on, and didn't get the chance to stop by the courthouse to look up records. I didn't know what the name of the cemetery was until I passed the church.
Anyways, I would appreciate any information anyone could give me on these people, and what happened to them. Thanks in advance - ever so much.

P.S. I have a few old pitcures if omeone thinks it might refresh thier memory.
