Raymond B.Rumer,71, Arthur, died, Nov.15, at home......Born Aug.2, 1911 in Grant County, he was the son of the late Roy Rumer and Edna (Evans) Rumer.....He was a member of the Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church........Surviving are his widow, Mary (Kessel) Rumer; three sons, Roy Rumer, Boyd Rumer and Larry Rumer, all of Arthur; one daughter, Elsie Radowicz, Mill, Wisc.; three sisters, Iva Pratt, Kessell, Mabel Greznia, Griffith, Ind., Hazel Sisler, Oakland, Md,; and nine grandchildren........Services will be held tomorrow, Thursday, at the Schaeffer Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Stanley Kile officiating. Burial will be in the Lahmansville Cemetery. from the Moorefield Examiner, Nov. 1982.
