Seeking ancestors and descendants of Paulser Hoover (also spelled Palser, Paulthey, Paulther), who was born in Greenbrier Co. around 1789-1791. He was in Hardin Co., KY by at least 1822 when he married Mary BIGLER.

I'm a descendant of this line and would like to locate any kin associated.
