Thomas Farley and wife Jane Finley resided in Hampshire Co. Their daughter Jennie or Jean married Elisha Collins. They are listed in the census in 1782 and 1784. They were living next to Jane Farley in the census. Jennie or Jean Finley is believed to be the daughter of Thomas and Jane Farley. However, not named in Thomas's will. Her sister Sarah married to Thomas Wharton is also not named.
