MONTGOMERY MEMORIAL PARK along with several of his children.
ARAMATHS WASHBURN DELAY QUICK is buried there as well. Her DC on line does identify her parents as Permens Washburn and Alabine Cabell.

The cemetery is quite large and I would imagine you would have to call the cemetery to pinpoint their locations.
