Susan,

I've attached the grant configurations for the two George Lough parcels and a google map. I'll work the others and post as I have time.

On the google map, there is an "A" in an orange ballon - that is the modern day community of Deer Run (which is on the stream of the same name). Deer Run was originally called Switser or Switzer's Run (likely in honor of Ulrich Conrad, a Swiss immigrant, who was the first white settler on the stream). George Lough's two parcels were almost due north of the balloon and not too far from it.

The 40a parcel lay northeast of the 162a parcel.

Here are the coordinates (possibly corrected from those in the grants):

Sandra's notes on these parcels: Switser Gap run is now called Deer Run. The162a was eventually incorporated with George Lough's 40a patent into an inclusive survey of 276a [5 Aug 1832] by John McMullen after going through several owners - Lough sold to Rogers who sold to Griner/Greiner who sold to Pendleton who sold to Hall. Per Toothman - "16 Jul 1810 Charles and Hannah Rogers to Jacob Griner 2 tracts of George Lough's patents 162 ac and 40 ac adj Geo Miller 5:249-250" These parcels are east of the Gap, north of Switser's Run (Deer Run on modern maps), west of Johnson's Run (previously Harpole's Run)
