DAVIS b. 1803 Ritchie Co.,VA (Now DODDRIDGE Co.,WV), MARY DAVIS b. 1805, NANCY DAVIS b.abt 1806, Nathan Gifford b. 1814 and Randolph b. 1825. Then the children of David D. Davis and Anne W. who were: Jessee B. b.1828 Ritchie Co VA (Now Doddridge Co WV), Mark b. 1830, Stephen C. (Named after his grandfather and listed as Stephen C. Jr.,while his grandfather was still alive, in some records), Judith b. 1834, Morris b.abt 1836, Margaret b. abt 1839, Ezekiel b. abt 1841, Sophrinia b. abt 1844, Sarah b. abt 1845, Odel (name hard to read -a female)abt 1847 and Joshua b. abt 1849. Any of the descendants of these persons have a well documented line back to the year 700 that includes MANY KINGS OF EUROPE and other Royalty. One line even leads to three U.S. Presidents.
