John Wikstrom

Reedsburg - John W. Wikstrom died Saturday, August 5, 1972 in a Marshfield hospital after an illness.
Born in Sweden, Mr. Wikstrom came to the United States in 1922. He was a machinist for the Harvester Co. Melrose Park, Illinois for 26 years. Mr. Wikstrom moved to Reedsburg when he retired three years ago.
Surviving are his wife, Cord; a daughter Mrs. Dolores Jones, Dearborn, Michigan, and a sister in Sweden.
The funeral will be 11 AM Tuesday in the Gunderson funeral home,5203 Monona Drive, ? where friends may call from 4-9 Monday and until the time of services Tuesday. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.

Note: the text said his wife was Cord, but I believe it was really Cora. There was a death notice stating that Cora C. Wikstrom, 5424 Monona Dr. died Monday in Wayne, Michigan. This was in the Capital Times, February 19, 1975
