I have a puzzle perhaps someone can help with...Christ Olson was a cook at a lumber camp. He married Annie Hakensen in Ashland March 17, 1897 at the Lutheran Church. Witnesses were listed as Andrew Berg and Olava Solberg. Annie later set up house in Eau Claire. Christ died in 1906(?)...found this out by an obit of his daughter Julia, who died of typhoid fever and that she was proceeded in death by her father-hence the 1906. Anyway his body was sent from somewhere to be reburied in the family plot. The church burnt down with the burial records. I guess Annie had some money at that time to purchase burial plots for her daughter and Christ...
and had Christ's body reburied. I have no idea what camps he was at, only that he was a cook. Thank-you!
