I pulled my book, "Chippewa County Wisconsin Cemetery Index" by Donna Miller Bourget and Members of the Chippewa County Genealogical Society, copyright 1998. For the townshp of Holcombe there are two cemeteries listed: Holcombe Cemetery Ass'n (also known as Holcombe Methodist Church Cemetery) and St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery. The book says, "Holcombe Township was created and separated from the town of Arthur (1905). The name Holcombe was in honor of one of the Omaha railroad officials. The village of Holcombe was laid out and platted in 1902." If you have certain names you wish me to look up I will be more than glad to do so. Sherrie Barber sherrieinfla@embarqmail.com
